Can you pick strawberries?
We offer pick you own strawberries at our public farm Harvest The Fleurieu, located in Mt Compass.
What do you grow?
We grow a variety of seasonal fruit and veg throughout the year.
Our main produce lines are strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, corn, snow peas, stone fruit and potatoes.
Is your produce chemical free?
Over the past few years we have implemented the use of biological pest control. With the help of Bugs for Bugs we now have a IPM program, releasing beneficial bugs into our crops to mitigate pests. Because of this we cannot spray, as the beneficial bugs would also be destroyed.
How long is strawberry season?
The South Australian strawberry season goes for 8 months of the year, usually from mid October until the end of May.
